Christopher Shawn Fleming was born on April 14, 1991 in Tomball Texas. He grew up in Baytown and graduated from Ross Sterling High School in 2013. During school he represented GCISD (Goose Creek Independent School District) in the Special Olympics. Chris loved to fish and enjoyed NASCAR, football and basketball, and LSU. He liked Pirates Bay in Baytown and going to Six Flags with his brother, Matt and his mom. His favorite activity was gaming. He had many on-line friends and loved to compete, especially in Batman. Chris was a member of Faith and Family Church in Baytown and was baptized in 2020.
His is preceded by his grandparents, Joe and Shirley Pojar, his great grandparents, Mamie Chimino, Elmer and Ruby Jones.
He is survived by his mother, Bobbie and Tommy King, Turner Savoy and Tracy Savoy. He is also survived by his brother, Matthew Fleming, his granddad Russell Cimino and Beth Cimino, Aunt Brenda and Uncle Johnnie Smith, Aunt Betty Goolsby, his Uncle Kenneth and Aunt Holly Jones, Cousins Trisha Goolsby, Rocky Goolsby and many more. He is also survived by his best friends Meranda and Willie Davis and Cody Davis, Cheyenne Davis Pope and several extended family and many friends.
Chris was a great kid. He will be truly missed by family and friends. To honor him, please wear black or yellow to his Life Celebration on Monday. Donations are greatly appreciated in Lieu of flowers.
