Daniel "Danny" Cavazos III, born August 01, 1958 in Kingsville, TX passed on April 28, 2018 at age 59. He retired after 29 years with the City of La Porte.Danny was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and very active with the Knights of Columbus.Danny is preceded in death by his father, Daniel Cavazos Jr. and brothers; Jose "Joe" Cavazos (Cynthia) and Jesus Cavazos.He is survived by his wife Sylvia Cavazos; mother, Irma Cavazos; daughters, Irene Garza and Stephanie Skinner (John); and grandson, Ethan Cavazos-Skinner. Siblings include Manuel Cavazos (Janie), Noelia Gonzalez (David), and Noemi Ortiz (Alfredo).He is also survived by many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.Danny will be remembered by his brothers and sisters at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, La Porte as well as many friends in the community.
