Diane Ruth Paultz, age 58, died peacefully in her home on October 15, 2019. Diane was born on October 12, 1961 to James Bernard and Mary Barbara Emmerich in Des Plaines, Illinois. She married William Edward Paultz in 1987. After moving from California to Florida and Florida to Georgia, Diane and her family settled in Seabrook, Texas in 2006. Diane was a caring and loving mother and wife who provided an inviting and comfortable home with a superbly stocked kitchen. She was known for her amazing cooking skills and took pride in her meal-making abilities. Diane was also an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending her free time by the water. Diane is survived by her husband William Paultz and daughter Mackenzie Paultz of Seabrook TX; her son Jordan Paultz and daughter-in-law Emily Paultz of League City, TX; her daughter Savannah Tipton and son-in-law Wes Tipton of Kemah, TX; her parents James and Mary Emmerich of Sebastian FL; her sister Dorothy Bosworth; her brother Joseph Emmerich; her brother Johnathan Emmerich; and two grandchildren.
