Karen Charisse "Sherry" Harrington was born December 25, 1957 in Jacksonville, Florida to Sara E. and Thomas E. Renfroe she was later raised in Texas. Sherry passed on to be with God on December 29, 2017. Sherry graduated from South Houston High School. She loved helping and teaching and became a Teacher's Assistant at Sam Rayburn High School. She grew up attending Freeway Manor Baptist Church in Houston, TX. Sherry married Mark Allen Harrington in Dayton, TX on September 24, 1982. Together they raised their children: Kristie, Thomas and Dustin. Sherry loved reading, music, plants and flowers, designer handbags and had a great love for all types of jewelry. Sherry is preceded by her father, Thomas E. Renfroe and sister, Melanie Ann Bobo, and Brother-In-Laws William Henry "Chipper" Bobo, Jr. and Steve Kernodle. She is survived by her mother, Sara E. Renfroe, her husband, Mark Allen Harrington, children: Kristie Michele Chavez (Eric Richard), Thomas Allen Harrington (Savannah Lynn), Dustin Ryan Harrington (Morgan Lee), sisters Patricia Ann Kernodle and Nancy Kay Renfroe. As Well as her grandchildren Karah Charisse Renfroe, Caleb Anthony Chavez, Gabriella Arianna Chavez, Tristin Allen Harrington, Emily Rose Harrington; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She will be dearly missed, and forever in our hearts.
