In 1967, he married Mary Louis Blanco and had Benito, Diana and Irene. He then married Triene Zapata† and was married for 25 years before her passing in 2013. His son Benito is married to Dinah (Bernal) Galván and their children Benito Jr (wife Eva and daughter Emma Amelia), Matthew Ray and Jacqueline Kate. His daughter Diana her husband, William Cox and their son Cody Joseph. And daughter Irene, her husband Jaime DeLeon and kids Aaliyah Mary Gil, Nikko Allen and Marina Irene. He was the 2nd child of 7.
