Mark Anthony Slocum was born May 28, 1960 to Bobbie and Geraldine Slocum in Houston, Texas. He was the ultimate sports fan, enjoyed his family and anything Elvis. Mark's life ended all too sudden, but will leave memories for a lifetime. Mark is preceded by his father, Bobbie; sister, Tammy and an infant brother.He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Kim. His mother, Gerry, brothers; Bobby and Greg; Daughters, Bridgette and Amanda and grandchildren; Rebecca, Michael, Ryan and Alanna. He also leaves to cherish his memory many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.A celebration of Mark's life will be held Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 2 P.M. Friends and family will visit from 12-2 to share the stories and memories that made Mark important to each of them.His final resting place will be Grand View Memorial Park, Pasadena, Texas.
