Michael Wayne Kerr was born on October 5, 1957 at Brize Norton R.A.F. in Carterton, Oxfordshire, England to High Williamson "Bill" and Joan (Huber) Kerr Jr. Mike passed away after a brief illness on July 19, 2017. He had lived in Texas and the Bay Area over 45 years. Mike served in the U.S. Navy several years. He was a very active member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Bayshore Aerie #2753 in La Porte, Texas. He served as President and recently had been inducted to serve as State Aerie Chaplain. Mike Kerr was predeceased by his father, H. W. "Bill" Kerr, Jr. in 2007. He is survived by his mother, Joan Kerr, and his six siblings: Cindy (Bill) Hardage, Pam (Ronnie) Fairley, Junie (Craig) Champagne, John (Page) Kerr, James Kerr and Jason (Kelly) Kerr. Mike is also survived by 3 nephews, 5 nieces and 5 grand-nephews & nieces. Mike was always willing to lend a hand and had a heart of gold. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
