Stephen John Bartholmey Sr. born to Gervase Michael Bartholmey and Evangeline Dorothy Bartholmey Fisher. He was born in Galveston, Texas on November 1, 1955. He grew-up in Galveston, Texas. Stephen returned to the Lord on December 19, 2020 at the age of 65. His siblings are Mike, Edward, Christopher, Paul, Monica and Dana Bartholmey. He attended Santa Fe High School. Stephen was enlisted in the USMC on June 01, 1976, to the MCB Camp Pendleton, CA After returning to Texas, he became a Chemical Plant Operator. His hobbies included fishing and riding his motorcycle. His favorite travel places to travel were Toledo Bend, Bastrop, and Wimberley, Texas. Stephen is preceded in death by his first wife, Judith Bartholmey; and grandchild, Brennan Rube.He is survived by his wife, Brynda Burke Bartholmey, children: Stephen (Christine), Michael (Angela), Mark Bartholmey, Vince Burke, Duane Rice Murtishaw, Jr. He also leaves eleven grandchildren: Yuri McCain, Jordan, Mark, William, Matthew, Blake, Skylar and Kara Bartholmey, Hannah Rube, Antony and Klaire Burke.
